Volunteers Needed!

Please consider providing your time and talents towards one of the following open positions:
· Fall Festival Coordinator: plans annual party for the neighborhood. HOA pays for main course and utensils with neighbors bringing a side dish or dessert to share. Help set up the date, recruit assistants to set up tables, etc. in our park. Time required – as little or as much as you would like
· Garage Sale Volunteers: the neighborhood has two garage sales each year; April and September. Help set up dates, obtain permit from city, set up advertisements, report back to board on how great the events are. Time required – 4 hours 2 x per year
· Newsletter Coordinator: solicit neighbors and city for pertinent and interesting content. Use the existing Newsletter format or create a new one and send newsletter to website coordinator for posting. Send to HOA President for print out. Distribute as necessary. Time required – 2 hours every 3 months
· Park and Landscape Coordinator: stays in contact with HOA VP about landscape contractor, condition of plants, shrubs and trees, suggests changes as needed to watering, plants and common areas. Time required – 1 hour per week until it is on auto pilot, then 1 hour / month
