The meeting will take place at 775 Richmond Lane.

Come spend some time connecting with your neighbors and enjoy the cooler Fall temperatures at the Williamsburg Estates Park

Meat, tea, lemonade, and water will be provided.
Please bring a chair, any special drinks, and an item to share.

It has been a couple of years since we have held our Williamsburg Estates Neighborhood Garage Sale, so we all know we have lots of items to purge!! Time to get that spring-cleaning done!

If you plan to participate in the garage sale please send a message to Melanie Montemayor @ 682-201-4662 or email to melaniemontemayor@outlook.com with your address and I will deliver balloons and streamers for your mailbox to your front porch the Thursday night before the sale.

The HOA will be obtaining the permit with the City of Keller and putting up the banners at the entrance of neighborhood.

We will hold first quarterly meeting at the Keller Pointe Fitness Center on Tuesday, 8 March

The next meeting is the WHOA annual meeting. It is scheduled for December 14th at 1:00 pm.

The meeting location venue has now changed to the Lowe's Home Improvement Store at North Tarrant and Rufe Snow, training room at the back of the store
