As I have shared before, we continue to seek ways to mitigate the impact of our operations on the community. I’m pleased to report that ongoing dialogue with the FAA, Alliance Airport and DFW International Airport have resulted in some new procedures that will help make progress on that front.

Please do not leave pet food outside at night as this is a quick and easy food source for varmints. Inviting varmints is not only a hazard to humans, but endangers your pets as well.

The garage sale was a neighborhood success. 13 homes officially participated.

Residential addresses ending in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, or 8): Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Residential addresses ending in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7 or 9): Thursdays and Sundays.
Non-residential locations (apartment complexes, businesses, industries, parks, medians, etc.): Tuesdays and Fridays.
No watering on Mondays.

The Williamsburg HOA monthly meetings will be held the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Keller Public Library unless noted otherwise. Please see the Yard Signs at the park and at the Rufe Snow entrance for actual times and locations of the information pertaining to the meeting or event until our website and communication process is improved.

We will be resurrecting the YARD OF THE MONTH program again.
April 16th will be the day that the committee walks the neighborhood and chooses the home with the look that represents our neighborhood the best. We will try to choose a new house every month April through October and then an additional recognition for the December house of the holiday season.
