The park fence is getting a makeover. Body work and new paint will be complete on the park fence as well as the Rufe Snow entry fence. Thank you to the HOA board for finding a quality contractor at a fair price.

Please remember that boats, RV’s, trailers and inoperable vehicles are not allowed to be parked in view of the street. No overnight storage of any boats, RV’s, trailers is allowed in Williamsburg Estates. Overnight parking on the street is limited to a 24-hour non-mobile period. Any and all vehicles that park on the street should be for a period of less than 24 hours and in a "temporary" manner.

Dumpsters are not allowed to be set on the streets and are discouraged from being set in driveways. If you are doing a remodel or a re-roof project. Please have your contractor provide a debris trailer that is hauled off nightly.

Please be sure that all downed branches from the storms are picked up in a timely fashion. And, that all branches overhanging sidewalks are trimmed up to 7' above the sidewalk level. While maintaining your yards and shrubbery during these beautiful weather months.

The City of Keller has been diligently working, at our request, to repair aging or damaged sidewalks within our neighborhood. While the work continues, we appreciative their assistance greatly and are very pleased with the results.

The City of Keller maintains a twice-weekly lawn watering schedule year-round. During the two specified days, watering is prohibited between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Failure to comply with these restrictions can result in a warning or citation from the city. Click Full Story for more information.
